If you’re a tenant
Questions about your rent, your balance or your lease go to your landlord — they hold your account, not us. Your portal is at my.doornomy.com, and you sign in with a link emailed to you.
If something is broken in the portal itself, or you were charged a fee to pay rent — which should never happen — write to us directly.
Existing customers
Sign in at app.doornomy.com. Billing, invoices, your payment method and cancellation all live in the app under Billing, and you can change any of them yourself without asking us.
